RETURN POLICY:
Order policy: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. our original & return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted up to 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in new/unused condition unless the product received was damaged/defective or materially different from the order description. In all other cases the original and return shipping charges are also borne by buyer. A restocking fee of 25% may also be applicable. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days. Once we provide the RMA number you must return the item along with the RMA number within 3 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RMA or without the RMA # on it, restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent shipping charges prepaid with tracking information by the customer and insured. Please Note: 1) We do not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectibles or on any custom-made items such as any customized car mats or children's furniture. 2) We do not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, or Intimate products that have been used. 3) We do not accept returns on any Software, DVD's, Video Games, Computer Parts, or Laptop/PC's. 4) We do not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. Delivery and Damaged Shipments: 1) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 2)If you find any shortage quantity, save the carton and packaging material and we should be informed within one business day of receiving the item. If we did not receive any email within one business day, we will not be able to refund or ship the short-received quantity. Subject to return policy we gladly accept returns.
